Your annual fee directly supports:

• The issuance of your official certificate and digital ID.

GFCA is a non-profit association: every membership fee is reinvested into supporting our members and strengthening the creative industry.

We offer three membership levels:

• Standard Membership – 89€ / year
• Professional Membership – 149€ / year
• Elite Membership – 299€ / year
   

All plans include full federation recognition, with additional benefits depending on the level.

No. Once processed, membership fees are non-refundable. This policy ensures stability and fairness for all members.

Yes. GFCA maintains the Global Member Registry, a public directory where clients, agencies, and institutions can verify your membership and status in real time.

As a certified member, you will receive the GFCA Seal of Accreditation and digital guidelines on proper logo usage. You may use it on your portfolio, website, social media, business cards, and contracts, as long as it follows GFCA Brand Guidelines.

GFCA does not act as an individual law firm, but:

• We provide legal templates and contracts for professional use. 
• We offer guidance and advice on intellectual property and disputes. 
• We advocate collectively for the fair treatment of creators in the industry.

Yes. GFCA is an international federation with members across multiple continents. The seal and certification are designed to be recognized globally by clients, institutions, and festivals.

If your membership is not renewed:

• Your listing will be removed from the Global Member Registry.
• You will no longer be entitled to use the GFCA logo or seal.
• Access to exclusive resources, events, and benefits will be revoked.
   

• Yes. Agencies, production houses, and creative collectives may apply for Elite Membership, which includes greater visibility, referrals, and eligibility for leadership representation.
   

Yes. GFCA hosts:

• Online webinars and masterclasses.
• Networking events in creative hubs worldwidde. 
• Exclusive collaborations and international delegations for members.
  
   

• Unlike local guilds or unions, GFCA is global. We combine official recognition, legal and ethical advocacy, and international networking, making us a federation that represents creatives on a worldwide scale.
