These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GFCA Association website (gfcaassociation.com) and all services, products, and memberships offered by the Global Filmmakers, Creators and Artists Association (“GFCA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing our website or becoming a GFCA member, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

• Membership is open to filmmakers, creators, and artists worldwide who meet GFCA’s eligibility criteria.
   
• Applications are subject to verification and approval by the GFCA Board.
   
• GFCA reserves the right to accept or reject any application without obligation to provide a reason.
   

• The annual membership fee is non-refundable once processed.
   
• Fees may be updated annually with prior notice to members.
   
• Non-payment of fees will result in suspension or termination of membership.
   

• Members may use the GFCA logo and “GFCA Certified” designation in accordance with the GFCA Brand Usage Guidelines.
   
• Unauthorized use, alteration, or misuse of GFCA branding is prohibited.
   

• All website content, logos, materials, and publications are the exclusive property of GFCA unless otherwise stated.
   
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
   

• Members must abide by the GFCA Code of Ethics at all times.
   
• Any conduct that damages the reputation of GFCA may result in termination of membership.
   

• GFCA is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our services or participation in events.
   
• All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
   

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international non-profit organization standards and applicable laws in the jurisdiction where GFCA is registered.
